Panni Pancreas’ Perfect Pizza’s

Handy hint and tips: any leftover pizza can be eaten for breakfast or lunch the next day!

    Pizza Base
  • 2
    Tins of Tuna ( in brine or water )
  • 1
    Tin of Sweetcorn
  • 1
    Red Onion
  • 1
    Red Pepper
  • 1
    Tube of Tomato Puree
  • 1
    Mozzarella Cheese
  • 1 Cup
    Grated Mature Cheddar Cheese
  • 2
    Cloves of Garlic
  • Mixed herbs
  • Handfull of Rocket
  • Black Pepper


  1. Preheat the oven to 230°C/450°F/Gas Mark 8

  2. Wash and dry hands thoroughly

  3. Remove all packaging from pizza base and place on a cooking tray

  4. Smother the base in tomato puree

  5. Slice up the mozzarella and place evenly over the pizza base

  6. Open and drain both tins of the tuna

  7. Wash all vegetables

  8. Slice up the red onion

  9. Slice up red pepper

  10. Open and drain the tin of sweet corn

  11. Peel and chop garlic

  12. Evenly place your ingredients over the pizza base

  13. Sprinkle the cheddar cheese on the top

  14. Place the rocket evenly over the pizza (optional whether you want to put this on before or after cooking the pizza)

  15. Place the pizza in the oven for approximately 20 minutes
