Mighty muscle’s power pack stew
Serves 4-6 People
Handy hint and tips: any leftover stew can be blended and made into a tasty soup!
Wash and dry hands thoroughly
Cut the chicken thighs into small pieces on a chopping board (specifically for raw meat)
Slice 1 onion
Wash, peel and chop all vegetables into small chunks
Boil 1 pint of water and add in chicken stock cude – stir till dissolved
Peel and chop garlic cloves
Place all ingredients (chicken, veg, stock etc) into a large pan
Add tin of tomatoes
Stir and bring to boil.
Reduce the heat and simmer until chicken is cooked thoroughly
