Instructions
Place mince in a saucepan with a little water and heat, stirring regularly.
Once mince is cooked drain the fat from the mince thoroughly (if using turkey mince this will not need draining)
Peel and grate carrots and add into the mince
Chop onions and add to mince
Peel and chop garlic cloves and add to mince
Add in the herbs, basil and black pepper
Grate a small chunk of ginger and add to the mince
Add in tin of tomatoes
Leave to simmer for approximately 40 mins (if using turkey mince leave for longer to help marinade)
Boil a saucepan of water and add in pasta – boil until cooked
Dish up pasta and bolognaise and add parmesan as required
